HOW DO I SHIP MY SUSPENSION?
We prefer and recommend UPS for all packages. FedEx also provides good service if they are more convenient for you to use. You should also insure your suspension for its replacement value.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE
We have not had good experiences with the USPS; many times packages have arrived damaged. If you choose to ignore this warning and ship USPS anyways, DO NOT send the package “Signature Required”. If we have to go to the Post Office to stand in line for your package, we will charge you $80 shop rate for our time.
HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY FORKS & SHOCKS?
A Gun case or sturdy cardboard boxes are fine. The key is, don’t let your components flop around inside the box; this is how parts get damaged. It’s best to wrap your suspension in bubble wrap, a towel or corrugated paper. Please pay close attention to the brake caliper mounts on the lower end of the forks, they have a nasty habit of poking thru boxes.
